Salman Abedi is who we now know to be the perpetrator of the suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England on May 22nd 2017. ISIS has since claimed responsibility for this most cowardly and appalling attack. And worst of all, on young children of all people. Article here.
